  Crest Cadillac deserves this 4 star rating. This would have been a 5 star rating if I had not had to come out of pocket for two new run flat tires before my issue was fixed. :)
  
  In January 2017, I purchase a 2016 Cadillac ATS demo car from Crest. The car came with almost 6000 miles on it. Because I bought the car at the close of business I was not able to do a full inspection of the car. After I got the car I noticed there were some damages scrapes to the front driver in front passenger. It looked like the car had ran over something because the under area of the car was scrapped pretty bad and the bumper had scratch mark. So, I took the car back for Crest to fix the repairs. They ended up buffing out the scratches. Then I begin to notice that my tires in the front could not keep the proper level of air pressure. They continued to look extremely low all of the time. Recently, I also noticed that my tires were worn out around the edges. My car only had 16,000 miles on it and my tires looked extremely used. I went and purchased two new front tires and as the tire shop was removing my tire they noticed that both front wheels were bent. After that, I contacted Crest to inform them of the issue. Crest Cadillac ended up replacing my two front wheels with new wheels (at no cost to me) and now my tires are maintaining the tire pressure.
  
  Hopefully, I will not have to go through another issue because of damages happening prior to me owning the car. But, if issues shall arise, I am confident that Crest Cadillac will make sure that I am well taken care of!!!
