  Kind of like the Sewell of roof contractors! Owner John personally and accurately explained exactly how the payment and claims process work with insurance better than any other contractor we spoke with.
  
  When his roofing crew leaned a heavy ladder against an aging fence gate, it splintered, sagged and broke completely. His Master craftsman and skilled foreman Edward went above and beyond by replacing the entire gate with all new wood and hardware with great strength and aesthetics. He even identified an existing problem with my roof design and engineered a superior solution. To cap it all off, he completely rebuilt my chimney that had been destroyed by erosion of a previous, poor roofing design.
  
  The fact that he did all this for free is not the point; John is super focused on over the top service, communication and an amazing experience. Things can and do go wrong on projects that are unforeseen, and you don't want anyone but Lowry handling that. That's why I would wholeheartedly recommend him. Finally John is a local resident in Prosper and you are supporting a local business that is family run.
